1) Payment Methods:-
a. Stratigi 360 FZC accepts payments through Credit Card, Bank Transfers, and Cheque Deposit
2) Service Fees :-
a. The fees for our business setup services are outlined in the service agreement provided to you upon engagement.
b. All fees are in AED, and Stratigi 360 FZC reserves the right to adjust fees at its discretion. Changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
3) Payment Schedule:-
a. Clients are required to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement.
4) Late Payments:-
a. Payments not received by the specified due date will be considered late.
b. Stratigi 360 FZC reserves the right to charge a late fee for overdue payments.
c. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
5) Refunds:-
a. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
b. Stratigi 360 FZC reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its discretion.
5) Taxes:-
a. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice as required by UAE law.
6 ) Currency and Exchange Rates:-
a. All transactions are conducted in AED. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the client.
7) Payment Confirmation:-
a. Payment confirmation will be sent to the client once the payment is successfully processed.
8) Disputes:-
a. Any disputes regarding payments should be communicated to Stratigi 360 FZC within 2 days of receiving the invoice.
